Notable: After German reunification, the Amt Neuhaus municipality returned to the west. As a result, the former Haar agricultural airfield is now located in today's Federal State of Niedersachsen (Lower Saxony). This is a rare or even unique case that a former East German agricultural airfield is now in one of the "old" federal states.
